Rhett is an associate attorney at Gross & Schuster, P.A. He joined the law firm in 2015. Prior to joining the practice, Rhett worked for 2.5 years as a criminal defense attorney in Escambia County, Florida. During that time, Rhett represented individuals charged with a wide range of crimes. He has handled cases ranging from misdemeanors such as batteries, petit thefts, and DUIs to serious life felonies. Rhett has tried approximately 20 cases to jury verdict.

Since joining Gross & Schuster Rhett has continued to represent individuals charged with crimes in Escambia, Santa Rosa, and Okaloosa counties. In addition to handling active criminal cases, Rhett also represents individuals seeking to expunge or seal their criminal records.

Rhett went college at the University of Florida. After college he attended Florida State University College of Law where he obtained his juris doctordegree in 2012. Upon graduation Rhett returned to Pensacola to practice law and start a family. Rhett and his wife Cait recently welcomed their first son, Grady.
