Dalton dedicates his practice to representing individuals who have been injured or killed as the result of someone else’s negligence or wrongdoing. He handles personal injury and wrongful death claims resulting from automobile negligence, boat accidents, dog bites, premises liability, and dangerous products. Dalton attended Florida State University and Stetson University College of Law where he graduated magna cum laude.
Prior to joining Gross & Schuster, Dalton began his career defending a multi-billion dollar corporation in individual negligence and products liability suits across the state of Florida. This unique experience now serves to defend you and your rights in our fight for what is fair.
During law school Dalton received the Highest Grade Designation in many courses including Trial Advocacy, Research & Writing, and Civil Procedure. Dalton competed on Stetson’s nationally-ranked trial team and served as an editor on the Stetson Law Review. Upon graduation he was awarded the Suzanne Armstrong Memorial Award, Victor O. Wehle Award, and National Order of Scribes Award.
Outside of the office Dalton has previously served on the board of the First Tee of Tampa Bay and as a Guardian ad Litem – two missions dedicated to bettering the futures of Florida’s youth.
