I can not say enough wonderful things about this law firm. I was involved in a car accident back in October 2022. I was referred to Gross & Schuster by my Chiropractor but wasn't really sure what to expect. It was going to be my first encounter with a law firm and attorney. My husband and I had a phone consultation with Tyler Gross to even see if my case was one worth pursuing forward with an attorney. During that phone consultation we were met with a very welcoming and transparent attorney who truly had our best interest at heart. He explained my options and gave advice even before we decided to work with him! We were so impressed and confident that Tyler taking on my case would be the best option for us. Once we signed our contract with Tyler, I was also greeted with a detailed email from Autumn his assistant and Traci who is also part of the team working with the medical bills. I was given a personal text number I could text day or night with any questions or concerns. I was also given phone numbers and emails. At first I was very apologetic with all the questions I asked but they reassured me each time it was no bother. There were times I'm sure I asked the same questions multiple times! I know not all law firms are like this but let me say that actually being treated as a person and being valued instead of just a case or number speaks volumes.
