Tyler Gross Partner
Tyler devotes his entire practice to representing those who have been injured or wronged by others. He handles personal injury and wrongful death cases resulting from automobile accidents, truck accidents, boat accidents, dog bites, nursing home neglect, and premises liability.
Tyler is a Pensacola native. He is a graduate of Florida State University and the Florida State University College of Law. While in law school, Tyler was a member of the Florida State University Student Supreme Court. He received book awards for obtaining the highest grade in Legal Writing I and Legal Writing II. Additionally, as a result of his academic success, he was inducted into Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society.
After graduation, Tyler was eager to return to Pensacola with his wife, Katie. He accepted a job in Pensacola as a criminal defense lawyer. In that role, he represented over 2,000 individuals and earned a reputation for zealous advocacy and fighting for justice.
Since he joined Gross & Schuster in 2016, Tyler has represented hundreds of individuals and recovered millions of dollars for his clients. At the age of 29, Tyler was inducted into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. The Million Dollar Advocates Forum is one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements, and less than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members.
Tyler takes pride in being active in the local community. He supports and has dedicated significant time to numerous community service endeavors through organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Florida. When he is not working, Tyler enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, attending community events, traveling and being active.
